Shipping Policy

Made to order. Each candle is poured and labeled after you order, then shipped from our US production partner.

Delivery time: Production usually takes a few business days, followed by standard shipping of about 4-7 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

US shipping rates: $8.29 for the first candle, plus $3.49 for each additional candle in the same order.

International: We also ship to Canada and Australia; rates are calculated at checkout.

Holiday orders: Carriers slow down in December. If it's a Christmas gift, order early.

Damaged or lost packages: See our Return and Refund Policy. We'll replace or refund any candle that arrives damaged or never arrives.
